If you would like to learn the truth about how to lose weight without exercise, then you will want to read this short article. The entire health world has just about everyone buying into the idea that you can take supplements to cure weight loss. But do pills and powders actually work? Can you lose weight without an ounce of exercise? How to lose weight without exercise or pills?

First of all, let’s take a look at how fat loss works. Weight loss basically occurs when you make positive changes to your diet or exercise. When you hear stories about people losing 100 pounds, they are making changes on both ends. You will usually hear them talk about a regularly scheduled exercise plan paired with healthy eating.


Second, let’s take a look at what these pills and supplements are doing to your body. Many of the diet pills on the market today are simply trying to trick your body into think that it is full. This might sound like a neat idea, but it really isn’t. It has actually been proven that eating less per day will increase fat loss for most people.

Some of the things that I will be going over in this article series that you will need to do to lose weight without exercise are:

Alkalize your body by eating more alkaline forming foods, and cutting back on foods that make you acidic.


Cut down or eliminate refined foods, and other foods that clog you down.

Start combining your foods into digestively compatible food combinations.

Get natural sunlight on your skin periodically.

Hydrate your body with enough pure water.

Detoxify your body and fat cells.

Oxygenate your body with deep breathing, or light exercise.

Eat more fiber from good sources like raw carrots, lettuces, and other neutral vegetables. This will help to remove old rotting food residues from your insides. (Note: not all fiber is not created equal)


Include healthier types of oils like extra virgin olive oil into your diet, and also in the proper ratio.

Gradually shrink you stomach by only eating to 90 percent of fullness.

Keep a detailed food journal. Notice the way that what you eat affects your health, weight, and moods.


Realize the difference between true hunger, if you are just thirsty, if you are just bored and are eating for entertainment purposes, or eating just because someone wants you to (peer pressure) at a social gathering.

Don’t be overwhelmed at the list above, as it is not as big of a list as it seems like at first, and I will go into detail about how to go about each step.


The steps are not meant to be done in order, but to gradually do all of them at the same time, but at your own pace.

I am not going to lie to you. Losing weight without exercise is very difficult. If you remember high school chemistry, it is best to think about it like this. Weight loss is like a formula of diet and exercise. And it is best to think of exercise as the ctalyst that speeds things up.


So now you can see that because healthy weight loss is a result of both exercise and diet, it is really impossible to lose weight without both. Anyone who tells you differently, is likely selling you a lie.
